Either cant connect or always something. Worked well for one year, now it is a fail. Reliability issues. Dont get it.

I used to have no problems with Dropcam, Nest has made me register my dropcams several times and every update to this app causes me to have to register it again, this guys have no clue, theyre winging it

The new update is terrible. Absolutely hate the small history screen. How the heck am I supposed to view anything on the tiny screen????? I cant believe they changed it to make it worse.

Dont like the subscription service but its cheap I guess I havent used it yet but as far as this app goes and the camera wow! I just moved into my apartment and wanted to have that piece of mind that no one can just come and in and take my stuff so I bought this no regrets so far.

Goes offline constantly, doesnt use HomeKit, doesnt have an Apple Watch app, and buggy. Nest is the only smart home purchase that I have ended up regretting

When it was drop cam it was ok.constantly dropping and and hardly ever loads. What a waste so we are looking to go elsewhere.

I have tried several other brands this is best far from perfect

Loved dropcam before Nestcam took over. Tried Nestcam app, and it is horrible. Crashes, has a hard time in review mode. Barely works on cellular data even though its enabled to work. I just cant give it a better rating.

Ever since Nest bought dropcam its been a disaster. I have bought over 20 cameras and recommended to people who have bought over 50.... Not anymore. Sad a great product now mediocre at best.

I cannot figure out what this app does,and I have a degree in computer engineering.

If I wanted to watch previous history events in a tiny window I would use my iphone not my iPad. Why on earth would they change the size of the history viewing window? Fix it guys or Im cancelling my subscription. If I cant see it, its useless.

Ive owned the nest thermostat for about 2 years and have had consistent communication issues between the app and thermostat. There are better wifi enabled thermostats that offer better support for their products. Bottomline, the nest is overrated.

I really like all the features and can watch it from iPhone, iPad, or PC. Works even in the dark as long as is installed correctly.

Nest always offline. No reason. The last straw is its current message: "no battery" - it doesnt even use a battery, its hardwired! Do something!!

I like my thermostat because it has an app that enhances its functionality.

Love that I can control the temp from my house.

App explanation, Nest devices are fantastic, this app is crap... Why make an app when is not useful? Why make it so simple it does not serve the purpose. Well is ok the nest does his job anyhow.

No support for iOS 9 multitasking or PiP. No iPad Pro support. Typical cr4p from Google.

Something has changed in the software and now the camera is constantly "thinking". Often the camera is "offline" when the Internet is working. I have to shutdown the app and start it again to get it to work. Such an expensive item that does not work 90% of the time. The functionality has changed considerably from when we first got it and it worked fine about 6 months ago- when it was dropcam.

Very sensitive camera and gives a few false movements, even a fly triggers it
