Im using the nest cam in Istanbul with this app and everything is working like a charm! Lack of local time support is the only downside.

Please add turkey location...turkey turkey turkey

Please add Turkey to the list of countries in Europe. I have bought the product but cant set it up because Turkey isnt on the list of countries! Please help!!! I want to use this product!

The app is freezing out on iPhone 6. Avoid the update if you can. Again Nest is testing new versions on users ;(

Fantastic app

Ugly design, i cant even find energy usage menu. Still no Europe timezones support..

1) I cant set up my local time. Automatic timezone is not right 2) When there is a message about motion and I swipe this message, app is opening... And crash... Sometimes.

Drops quite frequently on iPhone 4S. Need feature of saving videos from the history to and iPhone.

New version crashes when open sightline.

One of the best app ever made link to one of the best product. Well designed app Made for users. Attention to details and crafts at all levels. You can you use the app remotely to warm your house and check the inside tenperature as well as energy history and schedules.

Why the US nest thermostate and app have fan control tool whereas EU versions have NOT? I would appreciate Nest would provide current EU clients with renewed/updated Gate&app system to control fan in our homes. Its not so complex to provide same service overseas. Best!

I have installed the nest in my building. Its annoying the namess issue. Why it doesnt read custom names? At least include more names: 1st floor- 2nd floor etc On the top I cannot manage my GF flat nest with same app. Please add multiple accounts management feature. Good product by the way but need to be improved.

Didnt want to open my phone, so I set it to 75 from my watch. Or so I thought. Somehow it set itself to 61 instead because I mistakenly turned the dial a bit *before* using the buttons to change the temp to 75, but the dial won, and now my AC drip leaked in to the floor boards. Thanks Nest!

When the thermostat is online it works perfectly. But it always goes offline for no reason. And sometimes its online and you adjust it from your phone and the thermostat says different things. Also the new home away assist ECO totally confusing. And useless cannot set away from nest. Have to use the app. Total crap Go back to home temps and away temps

Add a force touch option from the home screen to bump the temperature up or down without going into app, clicking thermostat, clicking up/down. Would save several clicks and be very convenient.

First I love my cameras the picture quality is hands down the best. Being able to have two way audio with kids after school is needed. But your latest update to your app lost its luster. Please bring back the ability to view video clips from the alerts without having to pay for nest aware scrolling through the little gray dots to just see still pictures that most of the time misses the actual action is missing the point of why your app was rated high and why people loved the nest app. Not happy with this update at all.

Dropcam is great hardware. And worked great when it was dropcam - so much so I recommended it to all my friends. Now after being bought by Nest and transitioning to the Nest app the platform is terrible. Hope someone comes in and takes the market share from them. I am a big GOOGL shareholder - this was a waste of $3.2bn if this is how they treat the marquee product. Fix it. It doesnt work anymore.

i have the nest protect, but the notifications does not work at all. i was cooking today and the alarm went off, but i didnt get any notifications from the app. god forbid if there was a real fire and i wasnt there, how would i know? pretty useless then.
