Convenient way to adjust the temp while in bed upon awakening in the morning

The app does not recognize when I am home or when I am away. This was the whole purpose of purchasing a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. Every setting has been thoroughly adjusted as per the instructions to no avail.

While operating a thermostat is simple, app seems limited.

When it works, its great. But over the past few months that app is very slow/unresponsive - it shouldnt take a full minute to view and change the thermostat setting. And most recently its taken to just spinning its wheels for a while and then asking for login again. Which of course you forget when its been two months since you last needed login creds- frustrating.

Would love to have all of the menu controls in the app. Including display etc.

A message saying the developer needs to update the app as it may be slowing down my phone. Please update

Works great and easy setup

Apple Watch application takes 45 seconds - 1 minute of loading just to display temperatures, completely impractical to wait that long with your wrist lifted just to adjust your thermostat, fix the speed

Nest have a great app and there product are solid

Cannot save clips anymore. There is an error message. Tried different devices, same outcome. I like the Dropcam app better. Nest app does not have the wheel where you can just drag until the time you want to view.

Love this app on my ipad - easy to even change the schedule.

Has great features. But Home Away Assist - the KEY feature - worked for one week only. Even after tech support

Time to say goodbye to the overpriced thermostat that promised energy savings and convenience, and to the Dropcam. The Eco mode (non-intuitive app functionality) likes to turn off on its own while the system is set to away, thus eliminating any energy savings. The app is quirky, and the cameras dont like to stay connected to wifi. Ill pick another product whose engineers implement some form of QA into their development.

Last year I was so frustrated trying to setup that I returned the cam. This year? A night and day difference. The app is easy and useful. The only criticism I have is setting schedules. It works backwards to what you would naturally program. Instead of saying when you want it on, you have to program when you want it off and that overlaps into the next day so then you have to set another schedule to cover the lapse. And then that doesnt cover the time you actually want and you have to set yet another schedule. Frankly I went round in circles for an hour simply trying to set On Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Off weekends. Eventually I had to set 1 intuitive & 2 unintuitive schedules to get something that should have been so simple. Very frustrating!

Very easy to setup, works fine!

Works great on iOS, and does what it is supposed to.

Installed the thermostat a few weeks ago and now needed some new smoke/carbon monoxide alarms so upgrading them a few at a time

Please make it compatible with homekit. Otherwise Ill have to change the thermostat
