Updates not working

Again with a new update that does not fix home away assist issues. Nest continues to have issues with the location services. I have been told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Guess what it still does not work. The entire reason for the purchase of the thermostat was to have the ability to be located and have my home heated when I got home. It worked last year when I installed it but not this winter. For the amount of money spent on the thermostat Nest can and should do better. Loved the product once and hoping the bugs get fixed.
