My Eye in the Sky (with apologies to Alan Parsons)

Last year, our AC went out on our winter home. It was out for more than a month before we even realized there was a problem. Can you say excessive humidity and black mold?
This year, I installed a Nest Gen 2 thermostat. With a couple of clicks, I can see the inside temp and relative humidity and also see the weather outdoors from 1200 miles away. I can cancel the AWAY function and cool the house to a comfortable temperature before I arrive. Love it so far!
